Leadership is often a lonely journey, especially the higher you go in an organization. As such, sometimes a seasoned leader simply needs someone to talk to who is objective, trustworthy, and safe (i.e., outside the company or organization).
Through one-on-one (virtual or in-person) meetings, leaders can tap into Donna’s nearly four decades of leadership experience for advice on challenging situations, problematic employees, morale issues, under-performing teams, tough decisions (much like the ones that keep a leader up at night), change management, or any issue where guidance is needed.

Leadership Immersion Academy
(4-Month Cohort Program Offered Every Spring and Fall)
Next Class: Sep 10, 2024 through Dec 17, 2024 (classes meet bi-weekly)
Intended Audience: New and emerging leaders
Maximum Cohort Size: 12-15
Leadership Experience: 0-8 years
This cohort program is conducted virtually (or can be conducted in-person for a large corporation) and teaches leaders the foundational principles of leadership in an evolving and complex world, and includes monthly coaching sessions, biweekly classes, reading assignments, real-world leadership scenarios/role playing, assessments, and a leadership development plan.
Mentorship Services
Intended Audience: New and Emerging Leaders
Leadership Experience: Less than 8 yrs
Leaders with little to no experience benefit greatly from recurring (or as-needed) mentorship sessions with Donna (Gen P). More often than not, first-time leaders are given new responsibilities with little to no training or mentorship support. Donna provides that much needed support by first listening with her whole heart to fully understand before providing guidance.
